Sevanun's programme began with a focused group of enrolled patients — building clinical protocols, validating monitoring pathways, and refining the Command Centre response model. From early 2025, the programme entered a period of sustained expansion. Patient enrolments grew. Care interactions multiplied. The clinical team scaled alongside demand. The numbers reflect what the patients already knew: when care is continuous, accessible, and human — people choose it, and they stay.

Scaling care without losing the human touch.


Growing a remote care programme is not like scaling a software product. Every new patient enrolled needs a care plan. Every additional monitored patient adds to the Command Centre's alert volume. Clinical quality cannot be sacrificed for growth speed. The challenge Sevanun faced was not demand — patients and their families clearly needed and wanted this service. The challenge was building the infrastructure, the team, and the clinical protocols to grow responsibly, without compromising the quality of care for a single patient.

Sevanun addressed the challenge of responsible growth by investing in the foundations before expanding the reach:

  • Clinical protocol standardisation — ensuring every newly enrolled patient receives the same quality of care as the first.

  • Command Centre capacity expansion — scaling oversight staffing in step with patient enrolment growth.

  • Quarterly feedback cycles — every 3 months, patient and caregiver feedback is reviewed and the programme is updated. Growth is informed by the people receiving the care.

  • Partner programme development — working with hospital and clinic partners to extend remote care access to their patient populations.

  • Technology investment — the platform, mobile app, and EMR infrastructure scaled to support the growing patient base without service interruption.
