Manage and mentor the design team to deliver world-class UI/UX.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to ensure design consistency.
Oversee design systems, brand guidelines, and creative assets.
Stay updated on AI design trends to inspire innovation in our projects.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and digital product design.
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to balance creative vision with business goals.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading design teams in an agency or tech startup.
Familiarity with AI tools in design workflows.
Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.
